In episode 10, we talk to Phil, a South Wales Boy from the Merthyr Valley. Phil takes us on a journey from a childhood spent in the years following the Aberfan disaster, with football as a passion, and having his musical tastes influenced by his old brother, and his brother's friends. As he passed from his teens, and sociable drinking following his beloved Merthyr Town Football Club, his twenties saw him working in the banking industry, where hard drinking was the accepted norm.
