Listen "The Enneagram Series: Type Five - "The Investigator""
Episode Synopsis
WHAT'S IT LIKE TO BE AN INVESTIGATOR?
"They're often people with very good boundaries between home and work, but sometimes this can show itself in a space of avoidance. So they'll be people who are extremely boundaried, you know where you stand with them, which is a great thing, but that can go too far... actually they've put all of these walls and boundaries up in their life and sometimes that can lead to them just feeling alone and isolated..."
At Leeds Sanctuary, we run popular Retreat Days and a Book Club all about The Enneagram - an ancient personality typing tool which many people still find helpful and relevant today! In this podcast series, join Emily and Anna as they discuss the strengths and challenges of each Enneagram type, their core motivations and fears, defence mechanisms, and tips for being emotionally healthy over stressed and burnt out. This episode focuses on Enneagram Type Five, "The Investigator". Let us know if anything you hear resonates with you!
