Send us a textIn this episode, we visit with Brijesh Patel who has been the Head of Strength and Conditioning at Quinnipiac University since 2008. His primary focus is the men’s and women’s basketball and hockey programs, but he also oversees the programming of all 21 varsity sports. Brijesh previously held the title of Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Mass. He’s been twice nominated for the National Strength and Conditioning Association’s Coach of the Year award in 2016 and 2018. He has been a contributor to many publications and conference events and is widely regarded by his peers as an expert in performance conditioning and preparation in the sports of basketball and hockey.
