The last two weeks of the year are probably my favorite weeks of the whole year!!
It's a time when I get reflective of the current year AND start cultivating my vision for the coming year.
Reflection, planning, executing, then repeating is the process of becoming successful at ANYTHING!
So today, I am re-airing an episode that aired exactly one year ago that is still super relevant and timely right now and this time EVERY year!
It's about cultivating your leadership vision. It begins with reflection, and then moves into thinking about what you want to accompish in the year ahead, not just for yourself, but also for your team.
Great leaders are not only able to produce results for themselves, they are also able to help OTHERS produce results!
I find that these types of leaders have 3 qualities: convictions, vision, and a plan.
On this episode we walk through how to develop each one of those qualities, with lots of questions to help cultivate your leadership vision for the upcoming year and then communicate it in a way that makes others catch the vision with you!!
