Es un verdadero placer estar aquí nuevamente, compartiendo con todos ustedes en esta maravillosa comunidad.
Como mencioné en mi primera #introducción, he venido a cumplir con lo que prometí: hoy les traigo una canción que ha sido un verdadero reto para mí aprender, ya que es completamente nueva en mi repertorio. La canción se titula "Loco Frenesí" y fue creada por unos talentosos músicos llamados Santos Morillo y Juancito Báez, quien grabó la melodía que tanto me gusto. Además, mi buen amigo Diego López se encargó de componer otra la letra y hacer unos arreglos espectaculares en el arpa, y yo con las maracas, instrumento que empecé a estudiar con mucha dedicación y pasión.
"Loco Frenesí" es una hermosa melodía de amor que estoy segura le llegara a sus corazones. Tiene esa magia especial que solo la música puede transmitir. Debo confesarles que coordinar las maracas mientras canto ha sido todo dificil. Tenía la costumbre de tocar las maracas golpeando fuerte en el tercer tiempo del bordón del arpa, pero Diego me corrigió amablemente y me enseñó que el golpe fuerte en este estilo de joropo debe ir entre los dos bordones gruesos o graves. Al principio, fue un verdadero rollo acostumbrarme a esta nueva manera de tocar, ya que tenía grabado en mi mente otro ritmo. Aunque pueda parecer algo sencillo hay que ensayar cantidad de veces con atención para lograrlo como tiene que ser.
Aprovecho esta oportunidad para saludarlos a todos y desearles mucha suerte en sus proyectos y participaciones. Estoy muy agradecida por poder ser parte de este gran festival, un evento al que siempre había querido asistir desde lejos. Aunque no soy cantante de profesión, la música es una parte fundamental de mi vida; me encanta mucho y me distraigo con ella, me gusta hacer lo que nace del corazón, como lo hacemos en el campo de donde provengo. La música tiene el poder de alegrar el alma y unir a las personas, creando recuerdos que quedan para toda la vida.
Quiero tomarme un momento para agradecer sinceramente a todas las personas que me apoyaron en mi primer post en Hive Blockchain. As I mentioned in my first introduction, I have come to fulfill what I promised: today I bring you a song that has been a real challenge for me to learn, as it is completely new to my repertoire. The song is titled "Loco Frenesí" and was created by some talented musicians named Santos Morillo and Juancito Baez, who recorded the melody that I loved so much. Additionally, my good friend Diego López took care of composing the lyrics and making some spectacular arrangements on the harp, while I played the maracas, an instrument that I started studying with great dedication and passion.
"Loco Frenesí" is a beautiful love melody that I am sure will resonate in your hearts. It has that special magic that only music can convey. I must confess that coordinating the maracas while singing has been quite a challenge. I used to play the maracas by hitting them hard on the third beat of the harp's bass strings, but Diego kindly corrected me and taught me that the strong hit in this joropo style should be between the two thick or low bass strings. At first, it was a real hassle to get used to this new technique, as I had another rhythm ingrained in my mind. Although it may seem simple, you have to practice many times with attention to achieve it as it should be.
I take this opportunity to greet you all and wish you much luck in your projects and participations. I am very grateful to be part of this great festival, an event I had always wanted to attend from afar. Although I am not a professional singer, music is a fundamental part of my life; I love it dearly and find joy in it. I like to do what comes from the heart, just as we do in the countryside where I come from. Music has the power to uplift the soul and unite people, creating memories that last a lifetime.
