In this inaugural episode of Latter-Day Takes my mom joins the pod (again) to give her take on the excommunication (not the correct term anymore) of a sex therapist from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. My mom, a marriage and family counselor herself, is well versed in this arena and has the credentials to give her view on the situation. We talk for a while about the intersection between gospel and science and how off-base this whole situation was from the progressive therapists' perspective. Hope you enjoy!
