Alison's 'if you only have a few minutes to listen to the podcast topic' is an invitation that next time you judge another to think about how that judgement might be more about you than the other person – ie a behaviour they demonstrate that you don't like is actually something you also do or perhaps even something you need to do more of. The tool from the LANDSCAPE toolkit shared in this episode includes drawing and metaphor – that is using imaginary landscapes to represent the current situation and making changes to the landscape in order to shift perspective about the situation. Alison also explores the unconventional solutions to getting back on track when you're like you're treading water. Remember all these suggestions are only helpful if there's a gap between where you are and where you want to be.
