With COVID causing so many casualties in the restaurant industry – the purpose of the podcast is to harken back to a different time in LA and tell the stories of some iconic restaurant/bars in LA through the eyes of the people that worked there and tell the stories, experiences and talk about the effect these places had on the individual personally and give the opportunity to give a forum for those who work in this industry.
