Social media is filled with confrontation that is often petty, and can ruin relationships with loved ones. Often there is no gain to be found from engaging in certain topics using the social media format. In this episode we have a checklist of when to overlook content on social media and when to take the conversation off line.

Here are four reasons to overlook posts on social media.
1) Is the topic something a person said?
2) Is the topic a person's appearance?
3) Is it an emotional release?
4) Are they branding you with a motive?
