Originally from the Philippines, working as a minority in a white dominated industry like real estate, in a major city like Washington, DC, is a challenge to say the least. Clarence Pineda confronts this challenge with grace. He is known in the industry for his positive attitude, his joie de vivre, and his authenticity. He's a magnet for buyers and sellers alike. Is it his outlook? Is it his humble background? Very intentionally, Clarence started out in the industry without a mentor and without a team.
