This was originally going to be our Easter Encounter guest meeting.Instead Esther uses the opportunity to talk to us about the Easter story. She speaks about the dark time that Jesus endured on the cross being isolated from His Father and the isolation His disciples must have felt after His death and burial. With hindsight we know that Friday was not the end, that Sunday was just around the corner and God was about to do a mighty miracle raising Jesus from the dead.She uses this to encourage us that, although we are currently isolated and in dark times, there is hope for a bright future, that God is still in charge and will bring us through it all eventually.
