Steve welcomes his new (and forever) co-host Fat Mike to the show – a Texas native and former SIMS TV co-host. Together, they dive headfirst into the beautiful chaos of New York City, swapping stories and sharing the kind of unfiltered banter that only comes from a decade of hosting chaos together.The episode moves forward with Steve recounting a surreal 3 a.m. encounter with Cuba Gooding Jr. in the streets of SoHo, before the duo settles into an intimate conversation with Steve's good friend, Chuck, a battle-tested New Yorker of 30 years. Chuck joins them for a raw and honest discussion about "the New York Life" – complete with the authentic sounds of the city humming and honking in the background. Together, the three explore the highs and lows of making it in the greatest city in the world, from Steve's own time living in NYC (which included crying alone on 79th Street and literally not fitting into a cramped midtown kitchen), to the unspoken codes and rituals that separate wide-eyed tourists from true New Yorkers.
