On this week’s episode we have Sarah Cresswell on the show. Sarah is the creative guide and founder and creator of Sanctuary | Intuitive Creative Wellness. She uses her training as a reiki practitioner, as well as her years of artistic training to help her clients express their many layers through creativity. Sarah is a wonderful story teller and shared about the ups and downs in her life with such grace and vulnerability that left us wanting more.
