Episode Synopsis
First, The plaintiff brings his daughter to court. The plaintiff says he thinks his daughter’s husband uses drugs and creates a toxic relationship. He rented a house to the defendant and her husband, but they moved out after the husband left her. The plaintiff is suing for rent and utilities. The defendant argues the plaintiff sided with her estranged husband when he kidnapped their kids.
Then, The plaintiff hired the defendant to design and make a prom dress for her daughter. She says she gave the defendant a deposit, but then the defendant stopped responding and never finished the dress. She’s suing for a refund and the cost of the dress. The defendant argues the dress was supposed to be done on time, but the plaintiff canceled the order. She doesn’t think she owes anything. The defendant is countersuing for harassment.
Plus, The plaintiff and defendant dated, and they had a child together. The plaintiff claims her ex-boyfriend never grew up and smoked in front of their daughter. She bailed the defendant out of jail, so she’s suing for the cost of the bail bond and car repairs. The defendant says the plaintiff was the violent one. He says he doesn’t owe her a penny.
