Dr. Jana aims to empower the people who are on the receiving end of microaggressions and empower bystanders to say something. Jana reveals a new role in the workplace: The Chief Diversity Officer. A Chief Diversity Officer is a new role, which means some companies have a hard time defining the position. To resolve this, Dr. Jana has launched a new platform, Loom The Culture Map, to identify and map out what success looks like in this role.
