Heavy on Jo's mind is the reality that many of us allow friends, partners, even family take our shine away. If you're happy and fun (and you know it clap you hands - haha) but for whatever reason, you're spending time with someone that drains your battery. We know, we know, it's especially difficult to leave and turn into a boring or negative or un-fun version of yourself when you're with someone who offers other perks. BUT, please!
