Saludos amigos de #Hive y Street Workout Community, el día sábado 30 de marzo estuve como juez en el evento Set And Reps, me asombro el buen nivel que tienen los diferentes atletas que asistieron a este evento de calistenia, pude ver mucha resistencia como también ver qué no todos tenemos las mismas capacidades y aptitud. Colaboré bastante con el desarrollo del evento junto a @manuelramos, @marlenyaragua y @joscar-sw, quienes fueron realizaron la verdadera organización.
Estuve como juez junto a @ashura-sw y @stypaternina quienes realizaron un excelente trabajo ya que nuestro trabajo fue evaluar directamente a cada atleta cosa que se logró con total eficacia, este evento contó también con mesa técnica con @aestrals y @nestorrdz-30 quienes también hicieron lo posible por llevar el tiempo correspondiente de cada atleta, estuvieron al rededor de 40 atletas los cuales considero que dieron su mejor esfuerzo, fueron 2 categorías la principiante y avanzado, las cuales me gustaron bastante ver y corregir en ejercicios y series más tantas repeticiones, de verdad tienen bastante energía.
Muchas veces hay atletas que de verdad quieren saber su nivel de resistencia, fuerza y control y con este tipo de eventos se puede saber a detalle.


Greetings friends of #Hive and Street Workout Community, on Saturday March 30 I was as a judge at the Set And Reps event, I was amazed by the good level of the different athletes who attended this calisthenics event, I could see a lot of resistance and also see that not everyone has the same capabilities and aptitude. I collaborated a lot with the development of the event with @manuelramos, @marlenyaragua and @joscar-sw, who were the real organization.
I was as a judge with @ashura-sw and @stypaternina who did an excellent job because our job was to directly evaluate each athlete which was achieved with total efficiency, this event also had technical table with @aestrals and @nestorrdz-30 who also did their best to bring the corresponding time of each athlete, were around 40 athletes which I consider that gave their best effort, were 2 categories the beginner and advanced, which I quite liked to see and correct in exercises and sets plus many repetitions, they really have enough energy.
Many times there are athletes who really want to know their level of endurance, strength and control and with this type of event you can know in detail.
