I BELIEVED A LIE MY WHOLE LIFE!

As far back as I remember, I was called chubby & fat. Called names like “hungry hungry Hippo!” Told “it looks like you have not missed any deserts.” That was said to me even last week! WTF!!

And it is an absolute lie.

I am not fat, never been fat, never going to be fat. 

In fact, I recently started Orange Theory Fitness & part of their on boarding protocol is to administer a body fat assessment test. 

And my body fat is completely healthy normal & in the most ideal range for women. 

In fact it’s about 1/2 percent less than when I was in High School.

And I remember the absolute shame, embarrassment over my body at 16 when I saw that number after our Body Analysis test in gym class. 

I remember my friend Tom lovingly teasing me about it but he didn’t know how big of an obsession my body image was for me. (Guys please learn to always affirm the beauty of women!)

Tom died 2 years ago this week. :(

And here I AM ALIVE in a healthy, strong, beautiful, feminine body!! I am blessed!

The words spoken over you become cemented in your belief system and determine your destiny.

I have been OVER my food/body issues for 15+ years but my point is…..

That belief system set up of giving others AUTHORITY over saying WHO I AM has been a pattern first with my body, then my business, money, my marriage and my parenting style


I let others DEFINE ME
SPEAK their projections over me
Smoother their fears over me
Shame Me
Insult me
Push me 
Violate me
Steal from me
Cheat on me
Ridicule me
Guilt me
Mock me

I am no Victim.

I take my power back.
I know enough
I declare who I AM
I have authority over my life
I rule my destiny

I know who I AM
I know what I stand for
I am enough no matter how much money I make, what I weigh or how I look!
