Experience Required

If you try to get a job, one of the first things they will ask you about is your experience. When someone says they are a believer the first thing I want to know is what experience do you have. Your experience with God matters. Don’t underestimate what God can do through encountering his presence. One season David was a shepherd, the next season he was king. One season Ruth was working on a field, the next season she owned it. One season Jehu was an ordinary soldier, the next season he is king and he is overthrowing Jezebel. We serve a God of the turnaround. One encounter with God can change everything.
