Dawn Barclay, our guest today, is a seasoned traveler and
expert when it comes to helping families with special needs children navigate
the world of travel. Growing up in a travel family, she has been exploring the
world since she was two years old and even worked for her parents' travel
agency in Manhattan. Dawn has also contributed her expertise to major travel
trade magazines as a senior editor and currently writes for Insider Travel
Report. Driven by her own experiences as a parent, Dawn has recently authored a
book that serves as a travel bible for families with children on the autism
spectrum or with mood and attention disorders. Her goal is to make travel more
accessible and enjoyable for these families by sharing practical tips and
strategies.
