Elizabeth Andreyevskiy is a stress coach for Christian Moms, helping overwhelmed moms reduce mental stress so they can respond with patience and calm. She is a podcast host, mom of four, wife and believer.
Elizabeth Andreyevskiy was struggling to parent her third son, who was particularly curious and active. She was raised in a background where banking was an acceptable form of parenting, but this didn't feel right to her. She went to counseling, where she was introduced to the concept of respectful parenting, which felt more aligned with her values. In order to handle her stress and overwhelm better, Elizabeth started to proactively take care of her own needs and found pockets of time in her day to restore and calm her nervous system. She was also able to teach her son emotional regulation and how to handle his feelings without resorting to physical force.
