Dr. Gates Maier is a board-certified Doctor of Chiropractic and has always strived to empower his patient's to live life to the fullest by taking back control of their health. After high school Dr. Gates attended Indiana University where he studied Pre-Med and Kinesiology. After his undergraduate Dr. Gates pursued his Doctorate degree in Chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA.  From the time he entered school he knew he was going to learn as much as he could to help his patients get back to living their life to the fullest and doing anything and everything they set their hearts on. One principle he lives and practices by is that “the human body doesn't make mistakes” and is capable of healing itself. He saw this most with his wife’s health complications including eczema, migraines, chronic fatigue, and asthma – he knew there had to be a way to help other than just the conventional care for such things. Through testing and sticking to the principle of the body’s healing capability he was able to help his wife! This extended into taking care of families as well after the birth of his first son which ignited a passion to continue to instill health into the next generation.
