Nifty midcap index is scaling new highs each day BUT at the very high the high beta stocks, junior nifty stocks, mid cap stocks are over sold !
Interesting to see dlf, rec, canb, tatapower and many high beta stock futures are trading in discount to their spot levels also the equity volume to future volume is 1:4 and in some cases 1:6 too that means shorters are carefree and may be idiotic to short these with the control of the underlying equity with promoters are the operators. This senseless shorting will become short covering with one small gap up in nifty and midcap spaces and panic short covering is more dangerous than fresh buying itself. Watchout the midcap space for spectacular gains with least sl for best rewards.
