Happy Valentines Day! (sort of, we are a little early). To celebrate this holiday, we are talking about relationships, but not just your average couple's relationship. Nafees and Simone wanted to take a deeper dive into the word "relationships" by talking about relationships between lovers, friendships, family, and yourself. To help us with this topic we brought back Matt and Rebecca as they tell us their relationship journey with each other, themselves, and their family. They also give great advice at the end about finding love, self-love, and why they are big advocates for therapy.
