The theme of the history fair was "The World of James Knapp: Black Life in Glided Age Albany." In this fifth Labor segment, Willie recorded the presentation given at the history fair by the Co-Founders of the Underground Railroad Education Center in Albany, Paul and Mary Liz Steward, on Black communities during the time of James Knapp.
