He also shares some workout advice he got from Coach Paul Davies, and talks about how he's facing the immense changes in weather. Plus, Peter shares how he's training his diet (also a marathon, not a sprint!) while continuing PT for his foot injury. Then, they are joined by special guests Kiah Quarles and Imani Graham, both first-time marathoners who are running for the brand new Boston Public Library charity team. Kiah and Imani describe the excitement of hitting big mile markers as they build up their distance, how they've been managing their training and fundraising, and, of course, how they strap on the feedbag.
