Enlace de Familias is a dynamic social service agency located at 299 Main Street in Holyoke. Enlace provides a wide range of programs, including literacy support, health and food information and referrals, training and educational programs, youth services, parenting programs, and much more. Enlace’s Executive Director Frank Martinez provides an overview of Enlace’s services, and, in particular, a unique Youth Leadership Community Engagement project of which MassHire Holyoke is an important part.
