Today we’re talking about the art and practice of spiritual direction. I find that so many of the folx that show up in trial sessions with me are like… “yeaaaaaaaa. I have no idea what this is going to look like or what it will do.” And I’m all like super cool… let’s do it… I commend all the folx that have sat with me without any sort of understanding of what the space would look like.
