Y’all, I’m on a big journey of authentic becoming. What I wanted to offer today was that authenticity matters in healing and in going public. If you’re finding it challenging to go or maintain being public, it may be because of a wrestle with how and where and to what degree you’re allowed to be authentic in public and all the narratives and voices that come up around all of that. We’ve all been conditioned to believe certain things about going and being public and… let’s be real… about going and being a freaking human. I want to offer a little bit of my own journey with growing in authenticity. It’s not perfect and it’s not a picture of a finished journey or a battle won… I’m in it every day too.
