Service and kindness are the ways I've seen it show up over and over; we can create more love for ourselves and others by finding the thing our unique selves can share!Sharing Happy Thoughts became my thing almost 4 years ago and it's been the most surprising and effective method of service I've ever encountered. Serving or sharing from a space of love and kindness only grows more love and kindness, it really does all come back pretty literally! If we're looking for more love, if we're feeling depleted or disconnected, finding our little way of contributing to this world can bring more love than we can imagine.
