In Episode 27, Rachael Spurling, Amateur Boxer, Hair Stylist and Abuse Survivor tells her story about being in abusive relationship (physically, mentally and emotionally) for 8 years and how after signing up for a Fitness / Kickboxing class she was able to become confident again and leave. We talk about her recent fight at the West Coast Wonder Woman All Female Card in Sooke, BC, where she fought Helen Chen in an entertaining and well fought bout and we also look to the future of her Boxing career.
