Episode 58: Om and Bass with the outrageously Rach .This is without a doubt the most hilarious episode I have made so far, with the fab and amazing Rach, or as Wim Hof calls her…. out RACH-ous from Om and Bass. She’s such a true powerhouse of a being, I admire so much. I first learned about Rach being part of her YOGA FOR TRAFFICK fundraiser (please check out episode 55) and I just had to have her on! .We speak about Om and Bass Festival, her love for yoga and drum and bass coming together, chakra yoga raving, the special edition of the festival she is planning for September, Wim Hof, the iceman and his daughters the icewomen, OMG yes! She shares her personal experience with the power of panchakarma and Ayurveda, having ADHD, depression and other mental health issues but also 🦄 unicorns, I mean how could we not! .
