Episode 51: Theatre for a better world with Frank Koenen.Today is Climate Alarm Day here in Holland, more then 40 cities are participating and me and Miguel will perform today as part of a program on stage by Better Part Guerrilla, Frank’s theatre group in Delft. .In this episode I speak with Frank about growing up (and being gay) in a small town, his love for Delft, for theatre, for creating and the arts. His many years of experience in this industry and his longterm life goal, making theatre for a better world with his group BETTER EARTH GUERILLA with which he performs as he calls it “strikes”. Using theatre as a platform to spread te seeds and besides entertaining people also educate and provoke…… and how he got inspired by the vegan thing.... which is of course always pretty cool! .Today is Strike Tree for Klimaat Alarm Delft and soon the Gimme Shelter strike (on which I worked as a production leader) will happen as well.
