But Jesus stepped in. Through the cross, He delivered us from darkness and brought us into His kingdom of light. He didn’t just rescue us; He gave us a new home, a new identity, and a new life.Not only that, but Jesus redeemed us—He paid the price for our freedom with His own blood. Every sin, every failure, every shameful thing has been forgiven. Our record has been stamped: “Paid in full.”Today, you don’t have to live in guilt or fear. You are forgiven. You are free. You are a child of God, a citizen of heaven. Let’s live like it—walking in the light, rejecting darkness, honouring the price Jesus paid, and extending forgiveness to others just as He forgave us.The cross is not the end of the story—it’s the beginning of a new life.
