Ah Lord GOD! Behold, You have made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and by Your outstretched arm! Nothing is too difficult for You. -  Jeremiah 32:17Who and where your focus determines your outlook. When your focus is on your negative circumstances or problems, you will magnify them. So discouragement and doubt will come to you. Your attitude in life will get low. And it can affect your attitude toward God. When you doubt God, you are unsure if he is real and can answer your prayers. The thoughts of discouragement, suspicion, skepticism, and many negativities can easily distract you. And you will quickly get upset, worried, and fearful. How can you get back on proper composure? A proper composure can be restored when you come to God in prayer. God can tune you, for He is our Almighty Creator, and He is life. When you pray, pray with your eyes on who God is and what He can do. The prophet Jeremiah prays with his eyes on Almighty God, the Creator of heaven and earth. He believes that nothing is too difficult for God. He brought a field as a symbol of trust in God and His promises (Jeremiah 32:16-25), although he has some doubt. But he knew God and prayed with an assurance of who God was and what He could do (Jeremiah 32:17). He attests that Faith in God overcomes doubt. Pray with your eyes on who God is and what He can do. You will be amazed at how your eyes gradually get off the circumstances. By shifting your focus on God and His power, you will no longer listen to discouraging thoughts and negative words. Faith in God is the antidote todiscouragement, doubt, worry, and fear. And God will give you peace that transcends all understanding. Nothing is too hard for God. You can focus on your negative feelings and impossible circumstances or God and His unlimited power. Rest assured, faith in God generates a positive outlook. When you focus on trusting God and relying on His power, peace, confidence, and hope will shine on you. Your faith outlook will inspire and encourage others. May GOD, who made the heavens and the earth by His great power and by His outstretched arm, show you that nothing is too difficult for Him.Amen.
