Listen "Living the Gospel Together"
Episode Synopsis
Hebrews 10:24–25 (ESV) – “And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together... but encouraging one another.”When life gets overwhelming, our first instinct can be to pull away—from God, from people, from church. But Scripture calls us to draw near to God and also to each other. In Hebrews 10, we are reminded that Christ has made a way for us to enter God’s presence freely. We don’t have to carry guilt or shame. Because of Jesus, we belong. But belonging isn’t just personal—it’s communal. We are part of a spiritual family, a body that needs each member. That’s why the Bible tells us to stir one another to love and good works. It means our faith isn’t just about quiet time or personal devotion—it’s also about encouragement, presence, and purpose together.Maybe someone in your church or small group is tired or discouraged today. Your kind word, your presence, your prayer—might be what God uses to lift them up. Your faithfulness might just rekindle theirs. In a world that isolates, Jesus builds community. Church is not just where we go. It’s who we are.Ask yourself—Am I drawing near to God daily?Am I holding on to hope firmly?Am I showing up for others?Prayer:Lord, thank You that through Jesus I can come near to You with confidence. Help me not to walk this journey alone. Teach me to show up, to encourage, and to serve with love. Let my life reflect Your faithfulness. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
