The position or situation you are currently in, is because you took advantage of the opportunity. You were prepared, qualified and had the competence and character to excel in the position. Most people just show up to the table, but you brought something with you. Oftentimes the difference in a games outcome, is a game changer. I did not come to attend and be apart of the game, I came to win. People always say, "When opportunity knocks, you need to be ready." I say "having the advantage before opportunity knocks, will allow you to meet the opportunity in the driveway." Having the advantage does not always guarantee success, because sometimes we have the advantage, but lack the strategy to seize the opportunity. Be an asset and not a liability.
