Everyone in this nation has had a strong reaction to the inhumane treatment and senseless death of George Floyd. This was not the first time something like this has happened, yet this must be where it stops. What we have witnessed is not normal and it should compel us to seek to understand every side of this issue. We as a nation must find a way to come together to make change. WKOW’s George Smith and Former Packer and NFL great Ahman Green have come together for a candid conversation about their life experiences as African Americans and to offer their words of strength and encouragement. We think this is an important first step in coming together as a people and figuring out how we can make change.
