In this episode of our Kitchen Table Conversation, we take a look at 2 Chronicles 7:14 where the word says "If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land." We discuss how we have an identity that we need to live up to because of who we are and whose we are. We discussed that because of whose we belong to that there is a certain way that we as God's people must live. Our conversation then turns to humility because the text says that the people of God needs to humble themselves. As Christians, we have nothing to be arrogant about. We owe our all to our Lord and Savior and all that he did for us, especially His sacrificial death on the Cross of Calvary. That along should keep us humble. Join us as we discuss "If My People."
