This Sunday will be one of the more challenging but necessary conversations we have in this series. Joshua is about to lead the people of God across the Jordan, but first, he challenges them: “Consecrate yourselves, for tomorrow the Lord will do wonders among you” (Joshua 3:5).
Before they continue on to battle, they must consecrate themselves. What does that mean? How do we prepare ourselves for a spiritual battle? How do we set ourselves apart as holy, both individually and as a body? This is a story of great faith and how God moves in supernatural ways; however, holiness is required before wonders can be done among you.
