Episode Synopsis

Truth. It's not always easy having IBS. I have been riding the struggle bus the last two weeks as far as digestion goes. Pain. Bloat. Weight gain. Ugh. It. Just. Sucks. We all hit these tough times. We all struggle. In truth,  it is frustrating to hit these tough times no matter when they happen. I am trusting my meal plan. I am trusting my workout plan. This will pass. And all will even out.
Until then, I am eating smaller meals, eating a little less roughage (because it is difficult hard to digest) and including a few more easy to digest items, like pasta and rice. OH and I am also really watching my portions. Large portions of healthy food can overwhelm your system as it tries to break all down and disperse the nutrients you so need!
In this episode, I chat about a few things I do when I’m not feeling awesome as far as digestion goes. How excited I am about all the pumpkin at Trader Joe’s and also my meal plan for the week.
