In this episode of the EntrePastors podcast Jon and Les talk with Michael Shafer, co-founder and Executive Director of G6 Allies.  Not only has Michael served in pastoral ministry for his entire adult life, he has especially grown to have a heart for serving pastors.   He is keenly aware of how church leaders and their families are often overwhelmed by the brutal demands of ministry.
