Memory Verse: ‭‭"‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all ye that hope in the LORD" - Psalm‬ ‭31:24‬ ‭KJV‬‬ Bible Text:  ‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭Joshua‬ ‭1:9‬ ‭KJV‬‬ 9. ‭‭‭‭Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest. INSPIRATION: Courage is not the absence of fear, but the will to take the right action in spite of your fears. I know many of us started the year with fear due to unfulfilled expectations of last year. As such, the will to try same or other ventures this year has been lost. Loses have a way of creating doubts that increase our fears. Yet, God says to tell you, "Be of good courage." Good courage drains fear of its energy and surges you with vitality. One of the best assurances and courage boosters we have is that God is with us wherever we go. Being conscious of this can make you take on your mountains until they become plain; it helps you face your battles squarely. Courage sees no threat or obstacles; it runs towards challenges and literally eats them for breakfast. Courage scouts for problems to conquer. God tells Joshua three times in chapter one to be courageous for the task ahead. Same word applies to you ahead of 2025. Dare your fears. Be resolute, unwavering and determined. Make the size of your problem a determinant factor why you must not miss your target. Whilst the army of Israel saw a giant in Goliath they couldn't dare, David, through courage, saw a huge target he shouldn't miss. Courage changes our perception towards victory! TODAY'S TAKE HOME: ‭There mountains to surmount and valleys to fill up. Courage is the tool. Take it along! PRAYER: Dear Lord, please give courage daily to take on the affairs of life. Teach me to know You're with me, and nothing can withstand me when you're for me, in Jesus name.
