Amy is a spiritual seeker, holistic health enthusiast, and lifelong learner. She is an avid yoga practitioner, certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT), experienced yoga teacher (ERYT) and continuing education provider (YACEP). She is also a Reiki Master Teacher, offering private Reiki sessions and group trainings. Amy teaches from the heart and truly lives her yoga, encouraging students towards self-empowerment and improving physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health. She offers private yoga therapy sessions as well as integration coaching, specializing in helping clients with addiction issues, trauma/PTSD, chronic pain, and stress management.
