I seek examples of playing with the theory and see what it takes to achieve a successful outcome. Research also suggests that we learn best through stories. In my new series, Here's a neuroscience perspective: The most common block for people is the belief that things appear in your dreams because they were present during the previous day. For example, I watched a movie about tornadoes, so that's why a big storm showed up in my dream. If that hypothesis were true, everything about your day would appear in your dreams. Your psyche grabs hold of an image for a reason, to get you to explore something.
