Episode Synopsis "Dave Ranson Episode 1"
Episode 1 of my podcast, new to this so be gentle. It was also Day 1 of doing 3 Minutes of Burpees every day. The Plan is to do just 3 Minutes of Burpees a Day until the end of March. Then 4 Minutes of Burpees during April. 5 Minutes, May. June will be 6 Minutes and July will be 7 Minutes, as will be August and September. I'm going no longer than 7 minutes, for multiple reasons. Reason 1 I hate Burpees. Reason 2 We have a CrossFit Ooen Workout which is 7 Minutes of Burpess, so there is loads of data to see how you compare. Reason 3 Time... EVERYONE can find 7 Minutes in a day Reason 4 That's enough... using reasonable estimates this will become over 16,000 Burpees by the end of September.
