We live in a world of instant gratification. The phone rings and you've instantly bombarded with so much information that you're brain never gets the time to really switch off. 
The 53rd episode talks about the reality of instant gratification and how waiting is actually more powerful than it is. It's a very simple concept yet something we've forgotten.
