Peter Fraser lost his daughter 11 years ago on the Hume Highway in New South Wales due to an incident that was avoidable. Speaking on the Country Viewpoint program, former Breaky Flow host Hannah Phillips interviewed Fraser about the incident which took the life of his daughter, Sarah, with the current national road toll statistics at an alarmingly high level just five months into 2023.
