Then compares talking yourself out of a speeding ticket to Dee Dee Blanchard manipulating Drs, Courtney thinks he is just jealous that he hasn't ever been about to talk himself out of tickets. Naturally Courtney has a ton of questions about the entire situation and Jay does his best to answer them.
