When we talk about mindfulness, the first thing that comes to mind is often meditation. And while meditation can be a wonderful mindfulness practice, there are many other ways to practice mindfulness that, for a lot of us, can even be better than meditation. I'm sharing what mindfulness looks like for me and the mindful experiences I incorporate into my life.
